How are fees structured?
We offer flat fees on most matters. Outside general counsel is typically a retainer billed hourly as needed, with monthly flat-fee options for some businesses. We will discuss fees during your consultation.
Do you offer consultations?

Consultations for business matters, such as LLC formation, outside general counsel, and mergers and acquisitions, are free, as are nonprofit and criminal defense consultations. Most civil litigation consultations are paid, and fees for other matters depend on the type of matter.
