Not every consultation is free. Most civil litigation consultations are paid, and fees for other matters depend on the type of matter. We will tell you about any consultation fee before scheduling.

Do you offer flat fees?

Yes, we offer flat fees on most matters. We discuss the details during your consultation and determine the right fee arrangement for your matter.

Can I meet with an attorney by phone or video?

Yes. Many clients meet with us by phone or video, and we also meet in person at our Norfolk and Raleigh offices.
